AUDES IS AN ARGENTINE COMPANY OF MINING PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES. OUR OFFICES ARE LOCATED IN THE PROVINCES OF CATAMARCA AND SALTA, LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST REGION OF ARGENTINA. OUR STAFF HAS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN THE APPLICATION OF ALL REGULATIONS, ENGINEERING STANDARDS AND IN PARTICULAR, THE CONSTRUCTION PRACTICES OF THE NORTHWEST REGION OF THIS COUNTRY.
The AUDES Management team is made up of professionals from multiple disciplines, which allows us to supervise and coordinate different areas of knowledge, such as: Civil and Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Safety and Environment, Contract Management , Change Management, General Administration, etc. The members of this team have continuously participated in the Management and Construction of the most important lithium projects in the region such as FMC, Exar, Eramet, Galaxy, Sales de Jujuy, etc.
Our experience, strongly focused on meeting project objectives, and the joint work of our professionals, allows us to be the tailored solution for our clients' EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) projects.

We are currently managing the construction of the 3Q Lithium "Tres Quebradas" project, in the province of Catamarca, Argentina. The lithium carbonate plant is located in Fiambalá at 1,500 meters above sea level, which allows the comprehensive use of the resources of the Laguna Verde salt flat at 4,200 meters above sea level, through different techniques for capturing and purifying the raw material. The project will develop long-term perspectives of bilateral exchanges between Argentina and different countries within the framework of the sustainable development of new energies.

PROJECT COORDINATION
AUDES Project Management offers the best practices standardized by the PMI® to effectively coordinate the Cost, Schedule, Quality and Safety of the project. We assign the right equipment, tools and any other resources available to face a challenging work environment.
Our Project Managers are the primary contact, as well as being responsible for coordinating all project activities, both in the office and in the field.
The Project Manager (PM) with the mission of providing vision and direction to the team, we highlight his main tasks:

Carry out the general planning of the project and its monitoring, identifying deviations, issues and risks

Identifies and plans considering the needs of human, technical or other resources

Ensures good performance of the work team, respecting the instructions and recommendations of the project (extending the role of team leader)

Reports the general status of the project to higher management levels:

PROJECT CONTROL
AUDES offers effective planning, monitoring and reporting services to consolidate and achieve clients' objectives.
We provide the necessary tools and resources by which a project can be efficiently coordinated, monitored and delivered relative to cost and schedule objectives, as well as quality and safety standards.
AUDES provides complete and exhaustive project control services, providing accurate and timely information, data analysis.

PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
Document carefully developed with the purpose of providing the basic guidelines for the technical, administrative and general control organization of the Project. Establishes:

The approach and execution strategy.

Defines the organizational and administrative structures.

Defines quality standards and control procedures to ensure that deliverables meet established requirements.

Develops the procedures to be applied.

Clarifies the roles and responsibilities of each party.

Establish a communication plan that describes how information will be shared with stakeholders, the project team, and others involved.
COST CONTROL

AUDES develops and maintains a detailed project-level cost accounting database for the project as a whole and will be responsible for monitoring all costs associated with the execution of the project.

Controls all areas/departments that perform work on the project and have the potential to impact project costs.

AUDES will have an updated cost database at all times, complete with reporting, tracking and forecasting utilities.

Schedule and cost forecasts will be made on an ongoing basis to evaluate trends against the project plan.

Alerts and reports whenever projected cost exceeds budgets or estimates.

PLANNING (P.M.O.)

Development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with client participation.

Development of the Project Milestones Schedule.
-
Establishes the key milestones of the project such as start of work, delivery of different stages or sectors of work, etc., which arise from the needs/requirements of our clients.

Collaboration in the definition of the Hiring Strategy.

Development of the Project Master Schedule (PMS).
-
The PMS acts as a framework schedule for the project as a whole (Executive Level), establishing the chronology of the work to be developed, grouping them by Purchase/Contracting Packages and by Sector, Area, System or Production Line as appropriate. Engineering and construction tasks integrate it as summary tasks of their respective schedules.

Development of the Construction Schedule (CS).

Monitor schedules monthly, detecting early real or potential deviations that may affect the committed deadline, issuing project status reports to Project Management, in order to allow the evaluation and application of the corresponding corrective actions.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Issuance of tenders for all field and service contracts.

Evaluations of offers, both technical and commercial.

Recommendations from contractors or service providers.

Administration and management of all assigned contracts to guarantee compliance with all established requirements. Raise the corresponding fines and sanctions for breaches of deadline or contract.

KOM (Kick of Meeting) of all works and services contracts.

Opening and monitoring of the Work Book of all contracts.

Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI), to ensure:

Progress according to agreed deadlines.

Adherence to the price schedules established for the contracted amount.

Compliance with specified quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) requirements.

Performance in accordance with safety programs.

Compliance with environmental protection requirements.

Review and recommendation for invoice payment approval.

Evaluation, negotiation and management of all claims and change orders.

Review and recommendation for acceptance of the work performed.
